Description

HTCM1composition:
• 2xYeast Extract 30 g/l
• KH2PO4 40 mM (5.44 g/l)
• K2HPO4 90mM (15.6 g/l)
• MgSO4 2mM (0.2 g/l)
• 1.5% Glycerol
Adjust the pH to 7.4.
Sterilize by filtration.

HTCM2composition:
• 2xYT 30 g/l
• KH2PO4 40 mM (5.44 g/l)
• K2HPO4 90mM (15.6 g/l)
• MgSO4 2mM (0.2 g/l)
• 1.5% Glycerol
Adjust the pH to 7.4.
Sterilize by filtration.

Optional.
• At 22h from the inoculum in the HTCM1 or HTMC2, 1mM of IPTG can be added in order to increase the expression.
• 5X stock solution of HTCM2 can be prepared.
